This is that time

These are my picks for the bowl pick'em challenge

New Orleans- La Lafayette over Nevada- the Rajin Cajuns are on a hot streak that not even a Wolfpack could stop.

New Mexico- UTEP over Utah State- The Miners will use their high-powered rushing attack to take out some Agggies down in New Mexico!

Las Vegas- Colorado State over #22 Utah- The Rams have only lost to Air Force and Boise State. That won't change after their date with the Utes down in Vegas.

Potato- Air Force over Western Michigan- The Broncos don't stand a chance against the Air Force rushing attack. The Falcons want to show that they didn't beat Boise and Colorado State for no reason.

Camellia- South Alabama over Bowling green- The Jaguars have a spotty record due to the fact that their AD decided to schedule TWO SEC games. After playing such good competition, they are ready to handle everything that the Falcons send at them.

Miami Beach- Memphis over BYU- The Cougars burn me every year, whether or not I pick them. This year will be different because the tigers are coming to town... The town being Miami

Raton- Northern Illinois over Marshal- This is a clear mascot matchup. The Herd vs the Huskies. Huskies are practically wolves!

Poinsettia- SDSU over the Navy- Hmmm Aztecs vs Midshipmen, well as soon as the Aztecs overcome their fears and jump in the boat, they beat up the Midshipmen.

Bahamas- West Kentucky over Central Michigan- Because sometimes you don't need a reason.

Hawaii- Rice over Fresno State- Owls probably eat bulldogs in the wild.

Dallas- La Tech over Illinois- Illinois is a bad team, La tech is a good team. The end

Quick Lane- Rutgers over UNC- UNC is weird. They beat Duke (9-3) 45-20 and the lost next week to NC State (7-5) 35-7. I don't trust them, go Knights!

St Petersburg- UCF over NC State- The Kights from The Central Florida University of Central Floridians will take down the Wolfpack that challenges their St Petersburg title!

Military- Cincinnati over Va Tech- Whatever a Hoke is, it will probably be eaten by whatever a Bearcat is.

Sun- This is going to sound crazy- Duke over #15 Arizona State- The Sun Devils clearly have the inside lane in the Sun Bowl, but I am counting on the little blue guys to make it.

Independence Bowl- Miami over South Carolina- Look this game is sponsored by Duck Commander. I envision uncle Si saying "Miami", and it sounds funnier than him saying "South Carolina". Nuff said

Pinstripe- Penn State over Boston College- What do either of these teams bring to the table? Nothing. Nothing doesn't win games, so lets just go with history.

Holiday- This makes some people mad- #24 USC over Nebraska- Who comes into this thing with more momentum? USC after beating the Fighting Irish 49-14, or Nebraka after losing to Wisconsin and Minnesota and then losing their head coach?

Liberty- WVU over TA&M- Big 12 loyalty here.

Athletic- Oklahoma over #17 Clemson- Oklahoma Surprised us last year, so did Clemson. Both didn't do so great this hear. Final Verdict, Big 12

Texas- Texas over Arkansas- Hardest one to pick, these teams both have bright futures but Texas is clearly the underdog. Go Texas just because!

Music City- #23 LSU over Notre Dame- This one was easy.

Belk- #21 Louisville over #13 Georgia- The best way to decide this one is to say "What team do I WANT to win?" Then I say it.

Foster Farms- Maryland over Stanford- The little turtles have all the time in the world when they are fighting trees.

Peach- #6 TCU over #9 Ole Miss- TCU has my vote for second-best team in the nation and should be in the playoffs. Instead they are playing an over ranked Ole Miss. Blood will be shed.

Fiesta- #10 Arizona over #20 Boise State- no real reason for this pick... at all.

Citrus- #25 Minnesota over #16 Missouri- Reasons- Because of reasons

Outback- #18 Wisconson over #19 Auburn- Who cares if their head coach left them for a team with a losing record?

Cotton- #5 Baylor over #8 Michigan State- Baylor should be in the playoffs. They will simply outrun the Spartans.

Rose- #2 Oregon over #3 Florida State- I am not even sure that FSU is a top 10 team. Meanwhile Oregon has my vote for best team in the country.

Sugar- #4 Ohio State over #1 Alabama- Bama is #1 because they are Bama. As much as I wish that is was TCU or Baylor, it looks like Ohio state gets to be the team that beats the Tide.

Armed Forces- Pittsburg over Houston- when in doubt, pick one of the many teams that nearly beat FSU.

Tax Slayer- Iowa over Tennessee- Picture this, Volunteers need tax deductions more than Hawkeyes. While they are busy getting their taxes slain, the 'Eyes will be busy slaying them.

Alamo- #11 K-State over #13 UCLA- I have always picked the K-State game correctly, meaning I am on a four game winning streak in the Cat's bowl games. If I say the Cats win, they win.

Cactus- Oklahoma State over Washington- There is no reason but conference loyalty in play here.

Birmingham- ECU over Florida- Florida = just lost their head coach, ECU = Our mascot is a Purple Pirate.

Go Daddy- Toledo over Arkansas State- The reign of Sunbelt domination in the Go Daddy bowl ends with the Rockets!

Orange- #12 Ga Tech over #7 Miss State- The Hornets are dangerous, but the bulldogs don't seem like they are ready to beat a good team.

Championship- Whoever wins the Rose Bowl (Cough* Oregon) Beats Whoever wins the Sugar Bowl (cough* Ohio State)- Oregon is the best team in the nation.

The K-State game will be relatively low scoring, JK- 73
